Policies

As a business, I do need to put in policies to ensure both you and I are on the same page. Any questions, comments, or concerns can be sent through the 'Contact' page, or on Instagram. 

• Everything is handmade, so mistakes can happen. If there are any defects to your jewelry once bought, there are repairs available to ensure you're happy with your jewelry. Message me to set something up!

•  Refunds are available until I ship it out. Once shipped, I cannot refund. 

• If the piece is already made, it can take me 1-2 business days to ship it out. If it's a custom, or if it's not made, it will take me around 1-4 days to make it, and then an additional 1-2 business days to ship it out. If there is a concern with times, please let me know!
