1. Everything is handmade, so mistakes can happen. If there are any defects to your jewelry once bought, there are repairs available to ensure you're happy with your jewelry. Message me to set something up!
2. Refunds are available until item is shipped. Once shipped, refunds are no longer available.
3. If the piece is already made, it can take up to 1-2 business days for shipment once the order is placed. If the piece is a part of a custom order, it can 1-4 business days to make and ship. If there is a concern with the times, please let me know!
